These terms apply when you apply to and join CertifiedExperts.ai, a network of certified AI consultants. You accept them when you apply.
Joining
You apply with your own details, including your legal name as it appears on your ID. Applying gives you no access to the network: you become a member once the membership fee has been paid or waived.
Membership fee
Membership costs US$49 / €49 a year, charged in euros in eurozone countries and in US dollars elsewhere. It renews automatically each year on the day you joined, at the yearly fee in force then, until you cancel.
Consultants we invite to join get their first year free. Before it ends we ask whether they want to continue with a yearly payment; if they don't, their membership ends when the free year does. Certification exam fees are not included; you pay them to the certification provider.
Renewal and cancelling
You can cancel at any time in Manage billing. Your membership then runs to the end of the year you paid for and doesn't renew. You can also close your account at once in Settings: your membership ends straight away, and a payment from the last 14 days is refunded. If a renewal payment fails, we try it again for a few weeks; if it still fails, your membership ends.
When your membership ends, your account and your @consultant.certifiedexperts.ai address are closed: mail to it is no longer forwarded and your profile is no longer public. Nothing is deleted, the address is never given to anyone else, and you can rejoin with it later.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, the first or a renewal, by writing to support@certifiedexperts.ai. A refund ends your membership at once. After 14 days that year's fee is not refundable.
Certification
Membership is not a certification. Claude certifications are issued by Anthropic under its own policies. CertifiedExperts.ai is a member of the Claude Partner Network, but neither Anthropic nor any other certification provider endorses our network or its consultants. Only certifications on our approved list count, and we check every badge you add.
Your @consultant.certifiedexperts.ai address
Your address shows that you are part of the network, not that we employ you. Mail sent to it is forwarded to your personal email, and you cannot send mail from it. It is never given to anyone else.
Public profile and projects
Every active member has a public profile and can see project opportunities. A verified Claude certification shows on your profile, and is removed if it expires or is revoked.
Working with us
Membership is not employment, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf. If you take on a project, how you work on it, who you contract with and how you are paid is agreed for that project before you start. We never charge you for an introduction.
Your name, profile and certifications must be true. We may show your profile and verified certifications on our website, share them with clients and present you for projects that match them.
Keep what you learn about clients and projects through us confidential, during your membership and for two years after it ends.
Ending a membership
We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, for example by misrepresenting a certification. When a membership ends, your profile is hidden, forwarding stops and your access ends. We keep the records the law requires.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we tell you by email before it takes effect.
