This policy explains which personal data CertifiedExperts.ai collects when you visit the site, apply and become a member, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you apply: your personal email, legal name and country, and when you accepted these terms.
When you pay: the amount, currency and status of your payment. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
When you are a member: your @consultant.certifiedexperts.ai address and where it forwards, your profile, and the certification badges you add, with what we found when checking them.
When you send a brief: your name, work email, company and what you describe.
Why we use it
To handle your application and membership, set up your account and email address, check your certifications, take payment, keep the records the law requires, and answer your questions. We rely on our agreement with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the network trustworthy.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data for us: Stripe for payments, Mailgun for email, Google for the briefs companies send us, and certification providers such as Credly to check badges. Your public profile shows the details you add to it. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a member, and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting. Applications that never become a membership are deleted when we no longer need them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask to take it with you. Write to support@certifiedexperts.ai. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

This site uses no cookies. The app stores only what it needs in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your language.
